• Site usage. Basic analytics about visits, pages viewed, and device/browser type.
• Concierge messages. Text you send to the on‑page Ghost Concierge, including any voice transcripts.
• Contact form info. If you submit the form, we receive the fields you provide.

How we use information

• To respond to your requests and plan potential projects.
• To improve the concierge and our services.
• To monitor performance, reliability, and abuse.

AI processing

Concierge messages are sent to selected AI model providers (currently Google Gemini) to generate responses. Do not share secrets, credentials, or regulated data via the concierge.

Retention

We retain concierge and contact data only as long as needed to provide the service and evaluate fit for projects. We may anonymize or delete data on request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted transport and access controls.
