1. The Program

Ghost AI Inquiry Alerts is a text message program run by Ghost AI Systems. When a customer submits an inquiry through the contact form on a website we build and manage for a business client, we send that client a one-way text alert with the customer's name, the type and date of their request, and their phone number or email, so the client can respond quickly. Full details of each inquiry are sent by email. The program sends no marketing or promotional messages.

2. Who Receives Alerts and How to Opt In

Alerts go only to Ghost AI Systems business clients, at a mobile number they give us for this purpose. A client opts in by confirming in writing, by text or email to Ghost AI Systems, that they agree to receive automated inquiry alerts at that number. We keep a record of that consent. Website visitors and the customers who submit inquiries never receive text messages from this program.

3. Message Frequency and Cost

• Message frequency varies with the number of inquiries the client's website receives.
• Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opting Out

Reply STOP to any alert at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.

5. Help

6. Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the alerts you agreed to receive and to answer HELP and STOP replies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
