Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Ghost AI Systems (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Ghost AI Systems provides AI-powered web development, voice agent deployment, marketing automation, and consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project agreements or service subscriptions.

3. Payment Terms

• One-Time Projects: Payment due at checkout via Stripe. Project work begins upon confirmed payment.
• Subscriptions (Voice Agent): Billed monthly via Stripe. Minutes are tracked per billing cycle and reset monthly.
• Custom Engagements: Payment terms defined in the project scope document (typically 50% upfront).

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we fail to deliver agreed-upon scope within the stated timeline, we will offer a partial refund or credit toward future services. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

• Client receives full ownership of custom code and assets upon final payment.
• Ghost AI retains the right to use anonymized project outcomes in case studies and marketing (unless restricted by NDA).
• Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information, content, and access needed for project delivery.
• Timely feedback and approvals to maintain agreed-upon timelines.
• Ensuring legal authorization to use any content or data provided to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost AI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Active subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the Stripe customer portal, with access continuing through the end of the billing period.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
