1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Ghost AI Systems (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Ghost AI Systems provides AI-powered web development, voice agent deployment, marketing automation, and consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project agreements or service subscriptions.

3. Payment Terms

• One-Time Projects: Payment due at checkout via Stripe. Project work begins upon confirmed payment.
• Subscriptions (Voice Agent): Billed monthly via Stripe. Minutes are tracked per billing cycle and reset monthly.
• Custom Engagements: Payment terms defined in the project scope document (typically 50% upfront).

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we fail to deliver agreed-upon scope within the stated timeline, we will offer a partial refund or credit toward future services. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Product-Specific Terms

The following refund, cancellation, and minimum-term rules apply to the products advertised on this site. Where a product page states a specific refund or term, that statement governs over the general terms above.

• Full Website (from $2,500) The inquiry form is a request for a proposal and does not collect payment. The final scope, build fee, deposit, ongoing services, and delivery schedule are confirmed in writing before payment; $2,500 is the starting price, not a fixed price for every scope. Synthetic content production, integrations, changes, and revisions are scoped in the written quote. Final domain launch follows approval, the agreed balance payment, and domain access.
• Landing Page ($1,000 build + $200/month hosting & maintenance) The build covers one responsive page based on the selected design direction, with an intake form that sends inquiries to your email and one review round. Checkout charges the $1,000 build fee and first $200 hosting and maintenance month together ($1,200 before any add-on). Optional synthetic video adds $75 once, bringing the first charge to $1,275. The $200 subscription renews monthly and covers hosting, SSL, monitoring, routine technical fixes, and small text or photo updates to the page. The first design is targeted within two business days after we receive the required content and assets; launch also requires your approval and domain access. Additional pages, online checkout, inventory, integrations, and custom media work require a separate quote. You may cancel the monthly plan via the Stripe customer portal or written notice, effective at the end of the current billing period. The one-time build fee follows Section 4, and ownership follows Section 6. Orders placed before October 5, 2026 under the former Website Starter ($500 + $69/month) or SiteDrop Basic names keep the price they purchased at.
• SiteDrop Full System ($5,000 one-time; no longer sold as of October 5, 2026, terms apply to existing orders) 100% refund if we fail to deliver the initial build within the agreed 72-hour initial-build window, starting at kickoff after scope, payment, approved content, and required access are ready. Once intake has started, a 50% kill fee applies to cover engineering hours. Custom requests may vary.
• Growth Stack ($8,500 one-time) If we cannot get the system posting autonomously to your live channels within the rollout window, you receive a full refund. Refund requests made before kickoff are reviewed case-by-case.
• AI Voice Agent plans (monthly) 7-day satisfaction guarantee — if the agent does not meet your expectations within the first week, we refund your first month in full. No long-term contract; cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal or by written notice, effective at the end of the current billing period, with your call logs and analytics exported on request.
• Ghost AI Academy courses Paid courses carry a 14-day full refund from the date of purchase. Free courses are provided as-is.
• Fractional AI — Command tier 90-day minimum engagement; other Fractional AI tiers can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Ghost OrderHub Every build includes managed hosting and developer care with a 3-month minimum support commitment.
• Revenue Sprint Full refund if all three sprint assets are not delivered within 48 hours of the kickoff call.

6. Intellectual Property

• Client receives full ownership of custom code and assets upon final payment.
• Ghost AI retains the right to use anonymized project outcomes in case studies and marketing (unless restricted by NDA).
• Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information, content, and access needed for project delivery.
• Timely feedback and approvals to maintain agreed-upon timelines.
• Ensuring legal authorization to use any content or data provided to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost AI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a custom service agreement with 30 days written notice. Monthly subscriptions (maintenance, voice-agent plans, Fractional AI) may be cancelled at any time via the Stripe customer portal or by written notice, with access continuing through the end of the current billing period, subject to the minimum terms in Section 5.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
